API Automation
As the Lead QA Engineer for the transition from the old RXnova application to the new Domani Rx healthcare insurance software, my role is to ensure a seamless and efficient migration through meticulous planning and execution. I will analyze requirements, develop detailed test plans, and design comprehensive test cases that cover both legacy and new functionalities. My responsibilities include coordinating manual and automated testing efforts, managing defects, and setting up realistic test environments. Additionally, I will conduct performance and security testing, oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders, and provide regular progress reports. By driving continuous improvement and mentoring junior team members, I will ensure the new software meets all necessary quality standards and business requirements.

API & Web Automation Framework
I immersed myself in the challenging task of constructing a resilient and comprehensive automation framework from the ground up for the eDraw IGT project. This endeavor involved meticulous planning, thoughtful design, and diligent implementation to cater to the project's unique requirements.
The automation framework played a pivotal role in enhancing the overall efficiency of the development process. By automating repetitive and time-consuming testing tasks, I optimized the testing cycle, allowing developers to focus on innovative features and timely releases. This increased efficiency resulted in faster time-to-market and improved customer satisfaction.
Anywhere Cloud
API Automation Framework
The "Anywhere Cloud" project API Automation Framework is a cutting-edge solution designed to streamline API testing and ensure the highest standards of software quality. Leveraging a combination of powerful tools and technologies, including Rest Assured, Cucumber, Maven, Jenkins, AZURE, JIRA, Kibana, and TestNG, this framework empowers the client to achieve comprehensive test coverage and seamless integration into the development pipeline.
With Rest Assured as the core API testing library, the framework allows for easy creation of API test cases, enabling efficient validation of request and response payloads, status codes, and headers. Cucumber, with its behavior-driven development (BDD) approach, promotes clear communication between stakeholders and facilitates collaboration between developers and testers.
ENTAIN
Web Automation Framework
The ENTAIN Web Automation project aimed to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of testing processes for the ENTAIN platform. Leveraging Selenium and TestNG, I automated end-to-end tests, UI validations, and user journey scenarios across various web applications.
Me and my team meticulously designed a comprehensive test suite that covered critical functionalities, such as user registration, login, payment processing, and account management. This automation significantly reduced manual testing efforts and accelerated release cycles.

This project leverages a Keyword Driven Framework to efficiently automate the testing of various web applications catering to travelers and lifestyle enthusiasts.
The "ENCORE" project's Keyword Driven Framework is designed to cater to the complexity of the Travel and Lifestyle domain, covering a wide range of functionalities such as flight booking, hotel reservations, rewards management, and personalized user experiences. It ensures that every aspect of the applications is thoroughly tested to deliver a seamless and secure digital experience to American Express customers.
